FAQs About Locksmith Services

Locks are necessary systems that we use to control the access to our assets such as our homes and vehicles. They allow the people who own them access and help keep others out. There are numerous types of locks such as biometric, keypad, knob, and lever handle locks. Although locks may seem simple, they are far from that. That is why people tend to have a lot of questions about them and locksmith services. Below you will find some of the most frequently asked questions that we get from our clients and their respective answers:

  • When should I rekey my locks?

We recommend getting your home rekeyed when you buy a new home, tenants move out, someone has keys to your house that you no longer want to have access to your home, or if you experienced a break-in.

  • What type of lock is best for me?

The type of lock that is best for you will depend on where it is being installed, what is its intended use, and how many people you want to have access to it.

  • I’m locked out of my house; can you get me back in?

If you are locked out of your home, we can get you back in. People get locked out of their homes every day and we know that is a major inconvenience. Our locksmiths will work quickly to get you back into your home.

  • My key broke inside of the lock, can you help?
